    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I agree with that and there is already one borehole that was sunk to the depth of 330 metres by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This borehole can actually give the residents water but it has been closed and people are really suffering. So, given an answer in one week would suffice. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
