    "content": "Hon. Members, that should bring us to the end of that matter. Like I had indicated, it was merely to give that information and clarification. The Bill in question is on its way to the President. It is upon the President to assent to it or if he feels uncomfortable with it, refer it back to this House. I emphasize, “this House”, for avoidance of doubt because we do not want people to get into other things. The President can only refer the Bill back to this House with a memorandum. If that ever happens again, I will guide the House because to override a President’s memorandum, you know the usual threshold of two thirds. Otherwise, if you do not raise the two thirds to override a memorandum from the President, the Bill will be deemed to have been passed with its memorandum. But there is no need for us to anticipate what is going to happen."
