    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to ask the Assistant Minister to get his facts correct. The figure we are talking about of Kshs500 million was not in the 2006 Budget. In fact, in the 2008/2009 Budget, the Minister for Finance announced in this House that sugarcane farmers would be loaned Kshs1 billion to develop their crop. The Kshs500 million was given in the 2009 Budget. Up to date, the other Kshs500 million has not been given. Could he, please, get his facts right, otherwise, we will defer this Question until the Assistant Minister gets the facts correct."
