    "content": "Kenya Government of Kshs300 million and also sought to sell and destroy the Strategic Grain Reserve (SGR) of this country--- Hon. Speaker, anybody who seeks to destroy the SGR is a murderer! That person or those people seek to let Kenyan children starve! We have seen on televisions across the world the pictures of Africans starving and begging. Where we have not supplied anything, we seek to be paid millions of shillings. We have not supplied anything and we seek to destroy the SGR. This is equivalent to somebody going to Kitale and Eldoret and burning all the maize before it is harvested. In my mind, those are murderers. This scheme has what is called in our corrupt system “perfect collusion’ where all those people entrusted with the responsibility of looking after public good collude in total. This Motion also shows another aspect of corruption in this country where civil servants and the private sector collude to defraud an impoverished country and make the people suffer."
