    "content": "We have had many scandals in this country. We had the Triton oil scandal which has gone without notice. We also had the Goldenberg scandal which has been in and out of court and many other scandals. Even this one has been in and out of court. When we seized this matter, we knew that it had been dispensed with by the court. However, if you look at the proceedings of the courts or the arbitration, you will see that it was skewed. If you look at the ruling of the court, you will also see that it was skewed. That is why we said that we, as the House, are the only people who can save the NCPB by seizing this matter. We are not saying that we will overrule what the Court of Appeal will rule."
