    "content": "The limitations with arbitral process are such that a judge has very limited discretion. That is why, personally I would want to be party to any process that enables us to give judges power to look deep into the merits of the award – which jurisdiction they currently have. So, we will throw in these recommendations and then we are hit back and we fail the nation in saving this national investment for no reason."
