If you look at the claim that was filed by Erad before the arbitrator, you will find that there are some prayers which were granted by the arbitrator and those prayers are not in the claim by Erad. My question is: How can an arbitrator give an award that is not prayed for? That is an issue that can form a good ground for investigation against the lawyer who did that."
