But when you look at the allocations of North Horr and Starehe they are almost equal. They even get more. Political leaders like ourselves, we must come up and make sure that this country is given proper development. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is obvious that this Ministry is not serious. I wonder how we can achieve Vision 2030, if the Ministry is not planning properly. Because I was affected by the unfairness, I think that Ministry is planning to fail. I think that Ministry is planning not to achieve Vision 2030 if we go the way they are going. I think the Mover had a vision. This Mover should actually be given the opportunity to serve in the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030. This is the only man who can move this country far.
