John Mbadi sought to know the following: The qualifications of the two officials who had been appointed – these are the Director and Deputy Director of Survey in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Two, the legal basis for the appointment and number three, the reasons why the Public Service Commission(PSC) was not involved in the appointments.
