Speaker, again by way of summary because I do not intend to really go through the entire report, the Cabinet Secretary informed the Committee that the Commissioner of Lands was appointed under the Registration of Titles Act which was then repealed when we passed the Lands Act 2012 and the new Act does not provide for the office of Commissioner of Lands. That is the reason given by the Cabinet Secretary."
