    "content": "Hon. Speaker, my appeal to this House is that we adopt these recommendations. I appeal to this House because where any appointment is made and where public office is created without following the due process of the law; such appointments are not constitutional and, therefore, are null and void. Those are the recommendations that I wanted to make, on behalf of the Committee. Therefore, I beg to move and request hon. Members to approve the recommendations. I want to request hon. ole Sakuda to second the Motion."
