    "content": "In this regard, it is urged that should a court clothe itself the powers of the legislature and purport to make determination on matters relating to procedures of a House or the House of Parliament, and therefore question the supremacy of Parliament, then such determination by such court would only be in vain. I doubt any court worth its salt would want to travel that route. Hon. Members, this concept of comity between the Judiciary and the Legislature is the very core that separates the two institutions and which we must all jealously protect and respect. Thank you."
