    "content": "You know this matter is not contentious. Hon. Ng’ongo just wants to get into some debate with the Leader of Majority Party. The hon. Amina Abdalla’s Committee is at liberty to draw the attention of the Chair to the failure by the said Cabinet Secretary and then appropriate proceedings will begin, but of course the Leader of Majority Party is at liberty to communicate to even the President or even hon. Ng’ongo about issues that he may think are of mutual benefit. But on matters about what hon. Amina Abdalla raised, I think, we need to get an official communication from that Committee, then appropriate proceedings will be commenced."
