    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am getting concerned on the issue of Cabinet Secretary and the fact that he does not turn up when instructed or requested by a Committee Chair. This is a very serious matter, and it is coming at a time when I was also thinking of bringing a very serious Statement that touches on what hon. (Ms) Lay has said, especially concerning mining. I would also wish that mining issues are looked at very seriously. I come from a county that is 90 per cent mining; Nyatike Constituency.
