It is very, very simple but I do not want us to get excited about what is there because what the Member is required to do is to provide evidence. That is what the Standing Order says. The mere fact that there is reference to a court case is not in itself a bar to debating a report, if it is not going into the substance of the matter in court. If it is just mere reference to the existence of a court case or a dispute between this and the other, that fact in itself cannot bar Parliament from debating a report. Of course, there will be issues to do with the substance and when we get there I want to be available to make a ruling. Hon. John Mbadi, you still want to contribute?"
