What we are experiencing was not unexpected because for those of us who have been around for quite some time, I know the kind of lobbying that has been going on. However, I want to confirm that having served in this House for so many years, in this report there is no iota of sub judice . Therefore, what the Member has attempted to do is actually the opposite of the ruling that you have just made. I hope next time Members should be available in the House whenever the Speaker is expected to give guidance."
