    "content": "report was to ask for a specialised audit by the Auditor-General. Gladly, the recommendations of the Auditor-General form part of our recommendations. For purposes of those hon. Members who asked, I believe that what the Auditor-General has recommended and what our report says are largely similar. Although copies of the Report of the Auditor-General are in Room 8, for the benefit of those hon. Members who may not have had a chance to read it, I wish to table a copy of the Report of the Auditor- General, dated 5th August, 2013. I would like to urge those hon. Members who had issues with this matter to critically examine the Report of the Auditor-General and see how comprehensive it is, so that they can be well informed as they debate the matter."
