    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I stand to support this report. I want to thank the Committee and hon. Keynan. This is because hon. Keynan has a history especially in the last Parliament of doing very thorough investigations and making sure that those who commit crime against the people of Kenya are brought to book. He did it in the last Parliament when some people in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs decided to “eat” even the plots that were to be owned by the Kenyan embassies. I will be very brief."
