"content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, this country has created many millionaires and billionaires who do not work or who do not know what hard work means. They sit down somewhere, come up with ideas, they say they know this Permanent Secretary and this Minister, they can introduce you to this Director and they can take you to the President and you will get what you want. That is why our youth do not work hard. This is because they know that in Kenya you just need to know someone. You do not have to work hard or start a company and make it grow. You will get a small contract today, leave it and go to another one tomorrow. We need to set a good example to our people."
