"content": "On one hand, the Executive is required to implement court decisions and on the other hand, we expect the Executive to implement our resolutions. We need to be clear on this. It is not enough that we cite Section 51 or 54 of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003. This is because even when the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has issues, it takes them to the same courts for determination. They will take even the Directors of Erad to court if they think they need to recover the money. They will not bring them here. So, if they take this company to court claiming that the money which it has received was received fraudulently, it is again, the same courts to decide whether to agree with EACC or not."
