What we are saying is that investigations need to be carried out given the information we have. After that, the report recommends for action because there is fresh evidence that has come out. The Committee is not saying that we do what my colleague has said. The Committee is saying that there is fresh evidence that has come up which needs to be investigated. It is saying that we take up the matter. After that has been done, people should be surcharged because they have taken the money."
