Speaker, I believe that by the foregoing, we have got a glimpse of some of the underlying currents; constitutionality being one of them and also the respect of the institution of the court. It is my humble view that by invoking Standing Order 96, the Committee will be given an opportunity to go back and address those grey areas that seem to be coming up quite rapidly. Some of them we cannot say are idle. Some of them are not idle, indeed, and, therefore, they need to be addressed. I support the spirit of the Motion but, again, I would like us all to adhere to our Constitution."
