    "content": "We cannot in the same breath contend that we are protecting the Constitution while on the other hand fragrantly also not respecting the very tenet of that very Constitution. I am sure there is an opportunity for the Committee to go back and fine tune this report to what would be acceptable constitutionally and even as Parliament, let us not seem to overturn the rulings of courts. What are we inviting in that instance? Are we not inviting anarchy of sort or a strange set of constitutionalism?"
