    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I would recommend, going by Standing Order 96, the Motion be adjourned so that the Committee has an opportunity to revise that Motion. It is not enough for you to write a report that is not implementable. I think in legal parlance you say that it is an exercise in futility. We do not want to take a lot of time to engage in such an exercise. But I am sure we can come up with something else that will be acceptable, implementable and, indeed, dignified. Thank you."
