Is it in order that this House be sort of gagged from debating this issue of approving the recommendations made by the Committee, particularly the ones that are recommending further investigations by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)? It is possible that even where a case has been concluded, certain offences may have been committed in the course of the transaction and in the course of the process? In fact, even the judicial process itself might be subject to certain criminal elements."
