Speaker, so, my point is that while we cannot order the Judiciary to do this and that--- In its constitutional mandate, we cannot do that but again, we cannot be stopped from saying that EACC can execute its constitutional mandate by investigating the whole process; including the judicial process. That is my position. I know we cannot order a judge to make a certain judgment."
