Speaker, the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development has formulated a draft on Evictions and Settlement Bill for introduction to this House and it was expected to have been in this House before the end of this month but at this juncture I would like to say that this Bill cannot appear before this House because quite a number of things have held it from being brought to the House. So, I want to promise the House that we shall fast track it so that it is here in mid November."
