    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I rise to raise some issues. I have realised one thing in this National Assembly that it appears that we have forgotten one category of vulnerable groups. When you look at the Constitution, it defines vulnerable groups to comprise of one, gender, two, people living with disability and also the youth. When it comes to appointments, the youths are not being recognised. When you look at this list, there is no youth from the National Assembly. I have realised we are very vulnerable and marginalised. So, in my own opinion, it is time for us young people to rise and seize this occasion. It is now our moment to rise and say no to being locked out of positions. It is time for the youth of this country to rise and seek their rightful place in history."
