    "content": "He really brings in a good mix there. This House has discussed the issue of proportion with regard to the National Assembly and the Senate. There was consensus building that since this House has 349 Members, if you divide that by 418 you find that we are supposed to have four Members out of the five members. If there is any coalition that is amenable to bringing the necessary amendment so that that proportion is reached, I think we should go ahead and do that and then amend the specific part as of necessity. We need to pass this list so that this great nation of Kenya is represented in the Pan African Parliament. With those remarks I support the Motion and I will support any amendment to the effect that we get the correct proportion for the National Assembly"
