Again, if you look into the matter of regional representation, you will see that out of the five nominees, two come from the same region, and that they speak the same ethnic language. Hon. Zakayo Cheruiyot and hon. Kipchumba Murkomen have basically been picked from the same ethnic group, at the exclusion of many other ethnic groups of this country, who have Members in this House as well as in the Senate. Hon. Speaker, these are not issues that can be wished away. Even if it is a question of the URP, the URP has Members in many other bodies."
