I am also informed by the members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs that there is a Motion that is also critical and needs to be debated in this House this afternoon. I am also looking forward to the debate on the report by the Public Investments Committee (PIC). Will it be in order now to call upon the Mover of the Motion to reply?"
