I think this also speaks to the fact that there is something I want to comment on, and I know chairs of committees have addressed this. The office of the Clerk, you are put on notice because there is no reason why the Chair should not be having a copy of the report with me here. It shows an element of dereliction of duty. Chairs have complained that even though the Speaker is saying committees are not bringing in their reports, it is the staff who are clerking committees who are in bed. They are in deep slumber.
