"content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to pick from where hon. Mbadi left. I do not want to go into the issues raised by hon. Kaluma. A report has been compiled and evidence adduced. The report has been tabled and is ready for debate. So, you do not bring the issue of a joint committee. I think that is out of order. You do not have to rule on that, in my opinion. However, Tuesday is not very far and unless something happens over the weekend as far as this report is concerned--- I want to be in HANSARD that unless somebody somewhere who has been mentioned in this report is buying time and he wants to attend rallies and visit constituencies---"
