"content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. First of all, I appreciate the sentiments of the hon. Members but there are two aspects. Firstly, if there is a genuine request to postpone the debate on this very important Motion to Tuesday, I have no problem. However, on the other issues, this report does not say that anybody is culpable. For those who have read the report and those who have not read it, let me make it very clear that the report recommends further investigation by specialised government agencies. The report does not say that so-and-so is culpable. It only highlights the allegations that have been made and proposes that each entity mentioned in it should discharge that function.
