Keynan is well aware of the provisions of Standing Order 97(4) – that, he will have a maximum of one hour in moving and another 30 minutes in replying. So, you will have enough time. He is not as lucky as those of us who chaired that Committee in the past, when we would address the House for a week because there was no limitation of time while moving. However, given our current number, it is only fair that there should be some limit."
