Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Bill seeks to limit the amount of money that one can get from one source. We know how Kenyans work. I will give you my quota. He will do so very cleverly. As Kenyans, we have been in this business for some time. We know how we do business. What are needed at the end of the day are books of accounts, showing how you have spent your money.
