    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will be seeking a clarification on both because they relate to the same issue. Listening to the first case, even though from your preliminary investigations, you seem to exonerate the wife and yet, the death is as a consequence of issues relating to domestic violence. The other issue appears to be the same. In the first case, we are dealing with a case of a young man who suddenly found himself with a lot of money. In the latter case, we are dealing with young people who had suddenly lost their jobs and do not know how to deal with it. Your mandate as a Ministry is not just to punish crime, but also to prevent the crime. What are you doing to prevent instances like those by helping the young people to cope either with too much, too little or even none?"
