    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to second the amendment that the Deputy Speakers be included in the list of the people that can travel within the Business Class. I think this is important because I have noticed that within Government structures, although we have the three structures, Members of Parliament are treated as a lower cadre of State officers. Look at the issue of security; we are given security, but who pays for our security when we go out with them on a trip? How do our security personnel get home? We have to pay for their transport from their homes and back. When we are State officers, we must be State officers. Hon. Speaker, we start by recognizing the House leadership and we are going to demand similar recognition for Members of Parliament. I beg to second."
