    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also stand to support the Motion as amended although I would have loved it to be the opposite. The reason I am saying that is that you realize that in most countries where people have seen a lot of progress it is because the changes which are being made are normally made from the front. If you look at Rwanda, there is a lot of cleanliness. For those who have gone to Rwanda, I believe that you will appreciate this. It is because the President of that country took it upon himself to do the cleaning every first weekend of every month. In my view I would have suggested and I know it was overtaken by numbers--- I would not have supported the amendment because in my view I think that if the President and the Deputy President--- I am not saying that because I do not respect the Presidency. I respect and appreciate the Presidency very highly, but in my view I think that if the President will take the issue of change in terms of economic development of this country; it will be The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
