    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what is being put over here, the First or Business Class, is just a tip of the iceberg. If you see the wastage that goes in the utilization of assets and other facilities at the disposal of public and State officials, it is terrible and it is something that needs to be looked into. It is no wonder we have a few millionaires in this country. Many of them actually acquired their wealth from the Government. These people were earning very low salaries and they did not have any investment. So, something needs to be done and it is good that this Motion is passed as amended. It will be the starting point of trying to check the government expenditure."
