Kamau, having been a Minister in the last regime and having been very senior and having been a Commissioner with the Parliamentary Service Commissioner, he understands the workings of the Government. I think he has a lot of institutional experience. I want to thank him because I would have been disappointed if the Motion was saying that this House urges the Government.
