Temporary Deputy Speaker, when you look at the county governments, I do not think with their current behaviour we are going to achieve any development because most of the money that is being given to the county governments is just for them to travel. There is just too much travel. So, we must curtail. If they have to travel, let them do it in their own counties and spend the money there but most of them are travelling to Mombasa. So, let us be prudent in spending our money."
