    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion because of five reasons. Number one, the way it is drafted. It is drafted in a very good way. It has teeth. Most of the Motions that I have been seeing here tend not to really have a very good remedy but this one has a very clear remedy, meaning once we pass this Motion, there are high chances that it will be implemented because of the way it is drafted. It has teeth. Number two, it is not of a selfish nature. Even us Members of Parliament we have not been exempted from the application of this Motion, which I agree is good. We want to help the country. It is not only the Senators, Members and other elected leaders who are going to be affected by this Motion. It is progressive. Number three; it is something to do with saving Government high expenditure bill. We have a lot of wastages in this country. Travelling is travelling; whether you use First Class or Third Class, you are going to arrive at your destination. So, therefore once you---"
