Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 be amended- (a) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “from the date of filing the notice of appeal” immediately after the word “days”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause- “(3) The Tribunal may, upon application in writing, extend the time for submitting the documents referred to in sub-section (2)”; (c) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (6)- “(7) The Tribunal shall hear and determine an appeal within ninety days from the date the appeal is filed with the Tribunal”."
