    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, that is a transitional clause in terms of the existing appeals under other tribunals established under the law. When we deliberated in my Committee, we agreed that six months is quite a long time. So, we reduced it from six months to ninety days which is three months so that we can move to the new Tribunal as soon as possible. That is the effect of that amendment."
