    "content": "If you look at Clause 2, you will find that it talks about definitions. One of the definitions in Clause 2 says that “tax law” means the Income Tax Act, the Customs and Excise Act, and the Value Added Tax Act. That amendment seeks to include East African Community Management Act of 2004 and any other tax legislation administered by the Commission. This is just to ensure that this definition is comprehensive and captures the tax law which this Tribunal will have power over."
