    "content": "I want to read that Standing Order together with Standing Order No.180(c) that talks about the Chair of a Committee being the spokesperson. I am raising this issue because we have seen in the media many Members either as Members of Committees--- I want to say that I fell prey to this over the weekend at Elgeyo/Marakwet where the issue of Gladys Boss Shollei was thoroughly discussed in a rally. I fell prey to the mistake which I am quoting."
