    "content": "Well, as I give hon. Johnson Sakaja a chance to make his contribution, I just want to draw your attention to some parallel investigations that happen. A suit is filed, somebody is claiming that he or she wants divorce from their wife or husband and they make all manner of allegations as the reasons for the divorce. I am sure most of you would know some of the reasons that are advanced. But the plaint or the petition would be picked by some media house and there is nothing you can do about that. So, media houses go and publish the report that a certain philanderer somewhere is being divorced by his spouse. They can even go and state the issues they have seen stated in the petition. There is nothing much you can do about that. But to begin saying that this guy is what he has been alleged to be or not to be, you are now going into merits. This is the area I want us to begin to balance because there are things that obviously as Parliament, we must get seized of because they are so grave and national that it would be strange that Parliament would not be able to express itself."
