Members, remember that for you to discuss the substance of a matter before a Committee, you must really be seized of a lot of information. So, we are not saying that if the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information is going to discuss the recent findings in Turkana County, those Members who go to rallies in Turkana cannot talk about what oil and water could do. That is no substance really. Even as you address me, that is not what is prohibited."
