    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as a responsible Parliament, we must make sure that we actually lead from the front. It is time that this House makes a move, stamps its authority and clearly tells Kenyans and State officers that they must be able to curtail expenses that are not necessary. Honestly speaking, why would I not use Economy Class when I am travelling a distance that will take me only 45 minutes? Why do I want to go Business Class instead of Economy Class and spend more than double the amount of money I should spend when I travel Economy Class? These are the issues that make some of us feel extremely unhappy with the way things are going in the Executive."
